Timothy Page and his son, Trevor Page, orchestrated a transatlantic microcap fraud scheme by using nominee entities to conceal control over U.S. microcap companies. The defendants engaged in manipulative trading and hired boiler rooms to create artificial demand through misleading investor statements. The SEC secured a judgment against Timothy Page and three entities—Wellesley Holdings Limited, Porrima Limited, and Emergent Investment Company—for these violations. Total relief includes over $11 million in disgorgement and interest, alongside more than $10 million in civil penalties. Relief defendant Janan Page was also ordered to pay approximately $1.26 million in disgorgement and interest. While the litigation against Trevor Page remains ongoing, the court imposed permanent injunctions against the primary defendants and restricted Timothy Page's ability to participate in most securities offerings.
